You'll need something with an electric choke with that intake as it's not compatible with any OE style divorced choke systems.

If you can, find out what the "LIST" number is on the Holley carb. If it truly is an OE `68 or `69 427 Imp Holley, it should either be a 4053 (1968) or a 4346 (1969). Unfortunately, both of those are divorced choke carbs.

If you can find an early 3310 (an original "EH" 3310 or a 3310-1 are my personal fav's) and add a later style baseplate (that's if you need the 3/8 vacuum port, if not the original baseplate would be OK) and an electric choke would probably work just fine for what you're wanting to do.
