Default Re: springfield illinois collection wrecked

Dennis,
I honestly don't recall. He was on the corner of two main roads right, one at a slight angle to the other and in down town SPringfield. He had a closed off area with several collector cars and a 50's dinner motif. On the other side of the showroom was their used car sales office and sales lot. The salesman only told me that the owner is a private collector and none of the cars in the display area were for sale, only the cars in the lot. He had a wide variety of cars on display as well as memorabilia.

I spoke with Annie yesterday and she escaped with nothing more than a power outage and phone service, both of which are now back unlike a vast majority of Springfield. The severe stuff was to her south and east only a few miles away and cannot get into town as they have most major roads blocked. As Dennis said, her worst outcome of the storm is a severe case of vertigo. Since I suffer from the same, I feel for her as it is NOT a good time!
