Guys!

I was just wondering about this logo based upon another post
about it. It certainly is the most detailed Winters logo I
have ever seen. You can even make out the "R" in the lower
right. Could this have been an original prototype that was
saved for some reason?

BTW, based upon some other feedback I have been getting on
this block, I'm wondering if it can even be fully machined.
I understand that the Tonawanda plant did all of the final
milling on these ZL-1 blocks back in the day. So that begs
the question: Does the Tonawanda plant even have the
original jigs, fixtures, and tooling required to finish
machine this part? If they don't, what are the
possibilities that any machine shop could come close to
getting things alligned properly?

Did somebody say boat anchor?
