I use UPS and FedEx every day and have learned that if you want results, you
CALL EVERY DAY till they are sick of you. I think they bank on most non commercial people just giving up and going away which is what most will do.
If you ever get bored, ask them to demonstrate what constitutes "adequate" packaging. It is quite humorous.
