Even though you lost the item you had better luck with UPS than I did. They delivered a T-10 to me after they dropped it and broke two of the mounting flanges off the main case. The box was so badly damaged that one of the pieces had fallen out and was lost. I tried for four months to get them to even acknowledge their damage and pay for the repairs. Absolutely nothing from them.
