I use Boe-Shield on virtually any bare steel parts/tools in and around the shop. I have even been known to use it on my new vehicles every time I buy one. It keeps all the aluminum under the hood looking original and stops it from getting that white powdery oxidation all over everything. Sometimes I think I am one of Boe-Shield's best salesman since Chris White introduced it to me.
