A little side note to the above story... In addition to the troubles Kit faced with the trailer impound/fines, etc... 5 minutes before the awards presentation at the show, someone walking past his car knocked over his display sign and it fell directly into the side of his car, putting a BAD scratch on the passenger door, through the intricate flame job, right down to the bare metal...
I felt so bad for the guy, he said he should have just stayed home that weekend, as it seemed he wasn't meant to be at that show... I think we've all had those kinda days. Kit Carson is a cool guy, and I hope he got his paint fixed and trailer woes taken care of.
