The 70 Z in the picture belongs to Phil Borris, so see we know that he at least drove it one time
The picture was taken before Phil Restored the car and as you can see it was already very nice to start with. Hey Phil the guy that you were talking about his name was Dungy. He bought a '70 Z brand new and put 4:88's in it and tried to drive it to Florida, he made it about 2 hours and Blew it Up.
