After some careful inspection of this parts retailer (thanks Mr. JoeG and Mr. Joel Rosen), it has been confirmed that this parts store had nothing to do with Motion Performance. In fact, Joel indicated that the parts retailer tried to knock-off the public while utilizing the MP name and fame. Thought I would share my findings as no one here seemed to know the answer to this question.
