No offense meant on the "pimped" comment; I guess that's what I get for using vernacular. I suppose what I meant was "loud", "extreme", "big wheeled", etc. To me anyway, a lot of the styling is pretty similar to Foose and other guys doing what I'd call "modernising". I just don't like it.
I appreciate what the Motion guys do, but I tend to like their "more subtle on the outside" projects like Suydam's dusk blue Camaro or Hassett's '68 L-88 car, that you'd have to look twice at to know what you're dealing with. I think that's why I like the original Harrell cars, like Sandlin's Chevelle (Joe Swezey's ex) and Joe's current Camaro or the Tommy K/Ray M 427 Novas. Guess that's why I own sleepers with no stripes...
I think the number of choices available is part of what makes the hobby so cool.
