So far they've only offered $100 saying it was packed improperly- but one of their guys packed it!. Also said the shipper (my mechanic) should have insured it for what it was worth. Why do these company's expect us to pay extra to insure items for loss or breakage when it's do to their carelessness & neglect?
Hell, it's not like the tranny came alive & jumped off the conveyor on it own.
