Unbelievably, UPS is attempting to dispute the fact that somebody in their organization dropped this puppy. In fact, it was dropped hard enough to break an ear off as well as damage the shaft...looks like it fell off a conveyor 10 feet high

good luck Jude...UPS tried to destroy my tunnel ram carbs this last winter same deal looked like they threw the box from off the top of the truck then ran over it twice to make sure it was good and mangled then delivered it..took like 30 pics had a UPS guy come by and inspect that it was packed properly..went round and round with them and they said sorry we did nothing wrong no claim end of story!! only way to take it higher was to sue them..MF's!! I say we go over to Bobbys and sock him...
