Default Re: Yenko Deuce 4-speed shifters

Alan,

The deuces were prepped for the 4177 setup, ie; the hole was punched in the center of the tunnell long b4 the shifter was installed. So, if any came sans 4177, there would be a very, very large hole in the tunnell!

We believe that all 4speed deuces came with 4177's. The a/t deuces can be a different story in that it is very possible that one might not have been converted to the floor. There was a story of one a/t deuce that the hurst unit came uninstalled in the trunk. We have learned new info that the particular car may very well have had the shifter installed at Yenko, and maybe the box was tossed in the trunk or something. This particular deuce appears to have been dealer transferred from Peck to Londoff, unusual!
