I'd like to see some pics of the Elco... I feel your pain
, I sold my 69 SS396 Camino last year in order to help put the funds together to buy my Yenko Deuce. I too never buy cars with the intentions of ever selling them, and had put alot of time and effort and $$$ into making it just the way I wanted it, only to have to do a "quick sale" of it right about the time I was finally happy with it. Oh well, I did what i had to, as I'm sure you did too... hopefully your buddy will take car of, and enjoy your elco and maybe even sell it back to you someday! I really think they are under-appriciated cars (trucks) and hope to have another one... someday.
