I don't see how you can definitively say that the quarter is full of bondo unless you have seen the car in person. The picture has some serious sun glare and a reflection of some sort which, in my opinion, might give the appearance that the body line is off but considering how nice the rest of the car looks I don't see how the owner would have made that obvious of a mistake,
