If I remember correctly there is a compression petcock on the back side of that flywheel, or there abouts. You open the petcock to get it on the compression stroke by turning that flywheel. That's how you start it. Most everything else, Farmall, Allis Challmbers etc, had hand cranks out the front that when they kicked back, broke your wrist. Jezz, somebody wake up moparts.
