Go over to Lahaina and have dinner at the Ruth's Chris Steakhouse overlooking Lahaina Bay and watch the Sunset.....also......a "MUST" do, is to take the bicycle tour from the top of Haleakala (10'000') down to the sea(35 miles) all downhill.......
