Too early for a COPO. Does the M22 have the partial VIN stamped in it and does it match the car's VIN? If the car was an X11 or X44 code with a matching VIN M22 then it would be a COPO since that is the only solid lifter engine that would be put in the car. If the M22 is original, it sounds like it could be a Z28 but the cowl hood is probably not original to the car, that's too early for the cowl hood option.
