I think it was described pretty good in the ad..
At least you know what it started life as when you finish the resto...hell all resto's are ambitious anyway. Even if it had decent floors with a few pinholes you would probably replace them...whats the diff if you can see your shoes before you start the resto...same amount of money for the floors...nasty looking now...a gem later...
