Why oh why didn't you call me? Altoona is just 10 minutes from me ! ! ! I would have at the very least went over and checked it out and documented it with some digital pictures.
Might even have put my uniform on and went over and scared the s**t out of the driver telling him that it had been reported as stolen and I was going to impound it.
