In 1964, the Chevy II was a whopping 2 years old
so I doubt it was ready for the scrap heap. Agree with Bill, those Trim Tag and VIN tag rivets are way wrong. I would think it impossible for the diff cover be on upside down since the ring gear clearance is offset to one side
