MR70 is correct on the buildsheet. I have 20+ buildsheets from that plant in 1970 and none of them spell out "upper" and "lower". Also the fonts are totally wrong for just about all of the letters, they look to be done with an IBM Selectric typewriter.
The Lakewood plant seemed to have never changed its type-set on their buildsheets up through 1976. This guy could pass it off to someone who didn't know what they were looking at.................RatPack...........
