It's application was 1969:
Chevrolet Passenger-Camaro with 427/425HP.
Camaro-Chevy II 396/375HP L78 & L89.
Chevelle 396/375Hp L78 & L89,and 427/425HP.
312 3 is date of November 8th, and 3 is for 1973.
It's a service replacement.
Those are the correct Factory metering blocks for all mentioned above.
