Well, Milt Schornack sold the '69 RA V prototype to a really nice fellow named Walt Hollifield from Charlotte. Walt races a pure stock '68 Firebird 400 and was at last weekend's
Pontiacs in the Park event at Virginia Motorsports Park in Petersburg, VA.
Milt got more than his eBay asking price (although he would not divulge actual numbers) plus he brought home a '67 GTO with a 400/auto. It needs a little work, but I think Milt's happy about the deal.
Walt told me, "I now have every version of Ram Air. From one to five."
More importantly, he paid for a few buckets of KFC (original and extra crispy!).
By the way, this years Pontiacs in the Park was HUGE and a TON of fun!

I didn't have to speak about the book!
