I have that manual and it shows Part#3973865 is for Chevelle w/muncie 4spd,EXC. Bucket seats.
#3973866 is for Chevelle w/Bucket seats.
Those are the only two applications it shows.
No mention of #864 or #867.
Same for the April 70 & oct. 70 printing.
