I don't have a tire here in front of me to look at,but for the 1969 available F70X14 tires,only the RPO-PY4 White Stripe & PY5 Red Stripe were Belted Tires.
The RPO-PL5 White lettered,PW7 White Stripe & PW8 Red Stripe were NOT Belted Tires.
