This book has long been discontinued.
I too was looking awhile ago,but gave up.
It was self published & has NO ISBN no.
I called the author & he mentioned he had plans to release it again soon.
D&R Camaro was also trying to work a Deal to have it available recently.
I still haven't seen it newly released yet.
