In 1971 I got a tour of Edelbrock's and got to see my first dyno run. This was right before the Winternationals and Murray Jensen, Edelbrock engine and dyno wiz was running a 427 390 hp Super Stock engine with Paul Althouse. Paul built the engine and they were running it in for one of his customers. Paul's Automotive used to be a big time Stock/Super Stock engine and car builder in the 60's and 70's in the LA Calif area.
