Mileage tampering? I thought they were shut down for VIN fraud and adding Yenko emblems to 6 cyl Camaros and passing them off as the real deal....
Just kidding, actually I live 20 miles from Phillipsburg and I'll ask my local old-timer hot rod mechanic what he remembers about the place.
