Well I finally got in contact with the second owner who is a retired DR. He was in Canada over the summer and is returning back to Indy. He confirmed the information I stated regarding the ownership history. He also mentioned that he may have some more information on the car in his file. Lastly he mentioned he collects Packards, and his mechanic is best friends with the original owner and he will be able to get a phone# and address. Uncovering the stories and histories of these cars is the great part of owning them. I will keep you posted...
