Well if you dismiss a trim tag swap then the car is what it is. With festival cars documentation is almost non existant. The trim tag and Vin tag will verify IP track usage in this instance as the tag bears 0-1 and has the special stripe dash.
In reguard to your comments concerning the car being pieced together - I recall simular talk about the relative value in restoring Yenko and 69 COPO Camaro's as recent as 8 to 10 years ago that were also discovered "pieced together".
