Default Re: Unmolested LT1 Motor with 6000 Miles / CTB Cod

Jack Seymour reported.....

"The guy works with my brother and he was telling him he was a original owner of a 70 Camaro. My brother told him I was really into them and said he was sure I would love to see the car. Weeks went by and I was pushing just to see it, I was trying to get my brother to dig for details on the car. But the guy didn't even really know what he had, told us it was a SS 350 with the LT1 motor, I said WHAT, asked if it had stripes and split bumpers he said ya, so I new it had to be a 70 Z28 so now I'm pushing hard to see it,he also said he may be intrested in selling it because he was tired of it taking up room in the garage. I finally saw the car I was a little disappointed when I first saw the car, it had about a inch of dust on it vinyl top and no RS (darn) The more I looked the more I liked, to make a long story short, I bought the car after a little dealing.
Sense I've had it home it just seems to be a better find all the time. even though there are a few thing missing, including the TCS clip. I just couldn't pass it up knowing there just can't be to many original owner cars out there.
Thanks to everyone for the support and maybe I'll have it ready for Carlisle next year.

While Vinyl Top 70 Camaros are not rare, I would say that V.T. Z-28's are......
