Just as an FYI, I do not use paypal, never will. Too many horror stories. I just use a United States Postal money order. Backed by the Federal Government, available at any Post office. There should be a PO near where you live.
Costs around a dollar, a lot of big Post Offices will even take a credit card. If it is used in a scam, then it is Mail fraud, a felony. If you want to send it safely, send it registered with a return signature. Just my .02.
