The scammers don't use "BIN" in their auctions.
Instead, they include an email address and tell you to contact them with questions. The car is usually listed for a buck or two.

Then did you ever think of this? Creat a bogus account to bust scammers. Bid an ignorant ammount of $300,000 or so on the item. And let the scammer eat the cost of that from Ebay.
This isn't rocket science.....
