That's a 1986-88 G-Body,(Cutlass),Plate.
It's woodgrained w/Chrome trim & fits the Lighter.
I see a few dealers holding this part still for $5.90.
That part number was discontinued in early 1990's.
The car line was discontinued soon afterward...
