Default Re: Nice looking '66 GTO eBay

--------While certainly not a bad looking car and probably a runner of sorts there is a bunch of incorrect stuff that certainly would take it backwards from being really collectable:
--------1. Should be a 2spd. auto and apparently has had a turbo 350 or 400 transplanted along with the incorrect 455. Thats the only way the his and hers (from 1967 as stated) would work correctly
--------2.That "Knee-Knocker" tach never came on a GTO that I know of. Its a big body console tach circa 63/64 turned upside down. The car obviously didnt have the 66 guage option which one would think would have been ordered along with all the myriad of other options.
--------3, This calls into suspicion all the options. I be willing to bet that this car started life as an auto with AC, PS, and pb,,,,,,,,,,,,,maybe!
--------All of this is OK if its what someone wants and they do thier homework and know how much is not as it was off the assembly line. Oh, and hopefully the final price will reflect that............Bill S
