Default Re: Any 1964 Ford Falcon guys around???

how can a car that is 40 yrs old and in great cond be worth around 3500 measily bucks????

[/ QUOTE ]

1. Because it doesn't have a 427 side-oiler.
2. Because it doesn't say "Holman-Moody" or "Motion" or some other high-dollar connection in front of its name.
3. Falcons were basically economy-oriented grandma and wife cars and not known for high-testosterone performance capability, not even the Sprint models. Hell, Carroll Shelby referred to the early Mustang as a "secretary's car" before being convinced ($$$) by Ford to improve its performance image.

But you already knew this.

Poor old (yawn) Falcon. My parents owned two, a new '62 and then a new '66.
