Even Michael Irvin, when watching the instant replay, agreed that he'd done that same thing at least 100 times in his career and both he and Steve Young thought there was no interference.
Then Rothesberger (sp?) knew he'd come up short and when he landed on the 1/2-inch line he quickly looked up toward the ref and slid the ball quickly into the end-zone. Yeah, yeah, the ball "crossed the plane" in the air before Rothes____? landed but he looked like a kid trying to steal candy at the supermarket when he looked up and slid the ball forward. He knew he wasn't in.
That was a home game for the Steelers too.
Okay, that's my rant on the game. Congrats to the Steelers and to Bill Cower.
