Ummmm........This is the post that stays at the top of the "For Sale" boards all the time :

All ads MUST include the following:

price - ad must include price
contact info - whether it be email or phone number

Also, I would GREATLY appreciate that ALL members of this bulletin board fill out their profile info with their real name, location, and contact info, but this is imperitive for those wanting to post in the for sale section!
