The car performed perfectly running consistent 14.90's all weekend. The poor old Chevelle turned 175K on the way to the track Saturday and we rewarded it with over 30 passes that weekend.
Reid road along on as many of those passes as he could. This was Deb's first time ever on the track. On the third pass she cut a .505 light. The rest of the weekend she pretty well had .500 something lights. She won her shootout with .512 .483 .571 lights
Yeah, its true, I've been racing in this event since '96 and have never scored a "W" without the sandbagger rule.
I'll try harder in September!! Maybe she will give me a few pointers!
