If it helps anyone else Hallman central chevy was actually zone 12 dealer #275 out of rochester ny, in 1967 and sold alot of hipo cars, they also had a chevy dealership in springfield ma. not to be confused w/ the volk families central chevy in W. springfield in 67'. Also hallman was the only one I can find whose dealership name is central chevy CO. INC.
