That headlight bezel is from a '68 Nova, non-SS. For correctness, it is a one-year-only part. The 69 bezels had headlight aiming/adjustment slots in them and were black around the headlight.
The 70-72 were similar to the '69, but they also had a vertical rib down the middle of the hump.
