open them in Paint program and then select image and then in the drop down menu select stretch/skew and then it will ask you what % you want to size them to go for 50 on both top blocks and then save as whatever you wish. Save to desktop and then click on the desktop icon for the pic and select properties and see what the file size is if its below 100 K they will work.

another way is to save them to photobucket.com which will resize them for you and provides the links you need to post them on any fourm.
