why is there 9 227xxx vins that don't seem to be in order with rest of vins and applied ys #s, those 9 are all together. One can't use the excuse of grabbing any tag out of a box, because they didn't tag 67s that year, only wrote ys #s on work orders and broadcast sheets, so if they came in at same time why are they not earlier ys#s like other 226,227 vins and at least before 230 vins???
