17.20's are the best I can seem to muster.
Looks like it needs some deep groove pulleys the way that amp hand swings throughout the RPM range. Cool game though, anyone ever play "Dragster" on the Atari 2600? Very similar, although it allows you to ride the clutch a little to keep the R's up.
