Closing this one folks. Seems that even after the sign agreement was posted and the thread started to go up-hill instead of down this morning it is headed south again. If Dustin would like to post a reply he or his Girlfriend will have to contact one of the ADMIN or Moderators to open the thread for them to do so and then it will be closed agian after that repley is posted.
