Tom, running a blown motor really isnt that big of a deal if its right to start with. You really do need to o-ring it and run copper gaskets. Good head studs, etc. For what your doing mainly burnouts I am assuming, you should be able to go years without too much maintenance. Go with heavier valve springs too, too weak and you start dropping valves. I am freshening my engine after 2 years of regular mid to high 7 second runs and long burnouts and it still looks like new. I have the perfect short block for you if you didnt have a engine already. If you need any help dont hesitate to ask. BTW are you running any Nitro in it or just Alky? Micky
