The 69 in that picture is his car before driving for Gibb I have that magazine. I bought it new that's how old I am.
Sad part is I watched the 69 race at Beardtown in 69 and watched it race at Eddyville Ia in the 80's and finding out later after Bill Porterfield bought the car it was the same car!!!!! The article says 1971 season which doesn't make sense in the time line who knows. Kim
