Frank, I guess I feel it is no one's "fault" but rather the law of supply and demand. If you and I cornered the market on 69 Yenkos, for example, then we might sell our cars back and forth to each other, until we jacked the price up really high. Then we might be able to bilk some outsider into agreeing to pay the "going rate" for Yenkos, and sell him one of ours. However, he would still have to be a willing buyer.
Buying Yenkos is not the same as buying necessities like food, power, etc. (although some might argue that Yenkos are necessities.
You can't equate selling a Yenko at a high price can not be equated to selling food to a starving man.
