Actually, standard interior got no applique, the carrier has pebble grain in that area.
Z87 Deluxe Interior got the full treatment of wood grain (lower instrument carrier area, horn shroud, passenger dash area)
Z23 interior accent group got lower instrument carrier area and horn shroud.
I'm sure when D55 console was ordered, with either of the above, it got wood grain accents.

The question is whether console included wood grain, non-Z23 standard interior. I would be interested in a confirmation, but I'm betting Mattison's console is correct!
